I love making lists and find that my day is not going well if I do not complete what I have to do on any given day.

The Breathe List Journal is a brilliant way to accomplish goals and remember the important events in our lives.

It is much more than just a list maker, it is a way to fill our lives with creativity, music and dreams and with inspirational quotes and reflective ideas, we can at least have some organisation and excitement in our day to day activities.  

This book is probably my favourite of the collection, but I recommend them all. They are unique and special in their own way, and whichever area of your life you feel you need extra help then one of these books will give you guidance and a way to find harmony, if even for a minute.
