Classic Kicks for Little Feet Helga Spitz

51hhdOlYjgL._AC_US218_Pub: Sixth & Spring Books

From ballerina slippers to moon boots and from basketball shoes to Uggs, this book offers an adorable collection of 16 booties that mimic actual adult styles for babies from 0 to 9 months. While every pattern is quick and easy, each bootie is further simplified by using the same sole construction. Each pair of booties uses a small quantity of yarn and, as each pattern provides multiple yarn options, this is the perfect resource for stash-busting or when in need of a quick baby gift.

My review

This is a beautiful book filled with tiny shoes for tiny people.

Dancing shoes, Cozy boots and much much more are all showcased in bright colours and are wonderfully photographed.

Firstly, you need to be  knitter to use this book. All the designs require a 4 needle knitting knowledge, but that’s not to say, with a little bit of practice y knitter can achieve these delightful creations.

Sizes start from 0-3 months, then 3- 6 months and finally 6-9 months. Styles are for boys and girls.

Knitting information such as yarn recommendations, terms and abbreviations and a gauge guide is included so everything is thought of for you.

All you need to decide is which style and what colours are best for your tiny fashionista.

5*/5

Classic Ballet Slippers and Classic Sneakers are just two of the designs.
